Kelley has three decades of experience working in the retirement plan and benefit solutions industry. Her specialties in the retirement plan arena include the review and consulting of existing retirement plans for proper plan design, compliance, fee transparency, fund performance benchmarking, and correction programs. Kelley has experience in all areas of retirement planning, including qualified and non-qualified plans along with daily valuation platform and balance forward plans.

 

Throughout her progressive career, Kelley has also become an expert in business solutions for employers, which has enabled her clients to optimize the operations of their companies. Kelley has earned the designations of Certified Pension Consultant (CPC), Qualified Pension Consultant (QPA), and Qualified 401(k) Administrator with the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries.

Billie Durbin

HR Solutions Expert

Billie has two decades of experience in the human resources, healthcare, and employer benefits industries. Billie previously worked as the human resources director for a large healthcare employer where she was responsible for the management of their group benefits and employee health management program. Additionally, she was actively involved in performance management, document preparation, benefit management, compliance/regulatory management, recruitment and onboarding, training and process development, technology management, and organization design and redesign.

 

Billie’s focus on the highest level of customer service, along with her out-of-the-box thinking, allows her to find the perfect solution to each client’s employer solution needs. Billie’s education in psychology provides great value in the success of engagement strategies and employee communication. Billie is also a licensed life, accident/health, and variable annuities agent and is PHR certified.

Heidi Bardonaro

Retirement Solutions Expert

Heidi has worked in the retirement plan and benefit solutions industry for over 18 years. She has spent the majority of her time focusing on the review and consulting of existing retirement plans for proper plan design, compliance matters, year-end testing, reconciliations, and government filings. In addition, she has served as a manager - training, mentoring, and reviewing - for over ten years.

 

Heidi’s specialities include plan audits, split plan design management, and correction programs. Throughout her career, she has become an expert in the industry; most importantly, however, her drive and passion to serve clients stand above the rest. Heidi puts her passion and expertise to use each and every day by creating rapport and trust and building amazing relationships with her clients.
